Using the results of our SLG Team Questionnaire, your agent will formulate a search for you. Our approach is to keep things as broad as possible to ensure we don’t miss anything at first.
Believe it or not, 90% or more of buyers still only have a general sense of what they’re looking for at this point. Our job at The SLG Team is to get you out to see properties ASAP.
After all, there is nothing more clarifying than the process of getting out and seeing homes. This is doubly true for first-time homebuyers. Getting into homes, seeing them, smelling them, walking through them has an amazing ability to hone what the buyer is looking for.
So we’d simply pick a few properties and get out and see them. Your agent will ask you more questions at this point to make sure we are on the right track and make this as efficient as possible.
Once we find a property we like, your agent will then discuss what comes next, but since you’re already pre-approved it’s simply a matter of paperwork.
